"Don't ever let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice." - Steve Jobs
As we move into the month of November, what small daily improvements have you made in 2010?
I realised over the last few years in business that if I made a 1% improvement in a few things that were important in my life, over time it would lead to a tsunami of change.
To do that I have had to pause, step out and create thinking time in my diary. As a result of adding thinking time to my diary I can now see with clarity the every day opportunities that are in the world. Your life is too important to be mediocre. I encourage you to make small daily improvements and watch what happens in your life.
Thought Provoker of the Month
For the month of November, stop asking how can I have more? Instead, ask yourself every day how can I be more?
One Tip on How to be more Curious in Life
Make a decision to learn something new each day.
One Tip on Resistance
Take action and do whatever it is you are resisting. Inside of your resistance lies your power.
One Tip on Handling Fear
Run towards that which you fear and watch it disappear.
One Tip on How to Handle Competition
Make a commitment to yourself now to be brilliant at what you do.
One Tip on How to Have What the Very Few Have
Start to do what the very few do.
One Tip on Focus
Focus each day only on what is important.
One Tip on How to Cope with Crap in Your Life
Create a vision that makes the old problem obsolete.
One Tip on Doubt
Doubts are nothing more than lies to stop you moving forward.
One Tip on What Real Leadership Is
Real leadership is how you perform when everything is falling apart around you.
So for the month of November, I encourage you to make small daily improvements, create insanely great experiences and stop being the victim of your distractions. Do the things you have been resisting and live in the stretch zone. Know that there can never be a better you than you.
